Long Distance Control
Long Distance Control allows you to remove the toll block for the duration of one call, by entering a personal identification number (PIN) each time you dial. You may choose a PIN from 1 to 7 digits in length and you can change it as often as you like by following the instructions you receive with your service order. If you forget your PIN, stop into any Paul Bunyan Telephone office and we will give it to you (there is a fee for this service). We cannot give PIN’s out over the phone. If you have a phone with an LCD display, you will need to clear the screen after making a call using Long Distance Control. This will prevent others from viewing your PIN.
